Driver Qualification File (DQF) Management
Navigate DOT audits with confidence. Our comprehensive DQF testing service meticulously reviews every driver's file to ensure it is complete, current, and fully compliant with FMCSA regulations.
WHAT IS A DQF?
A Driver Qualification File (DQF) is a mandatory collection of records that a motor carrier must maintain for each driver it employs who operates a commercial motor vehicle. These files are required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), which is the agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) that regulates the trucking industry.
Essentially, the DQF serves as an ongoing record to prove that a driver is safe, qualified, and medically fit to be on the road.
