Hair Exposure Drug Testing (ChildGuard®)

ChildGuard is the only drug test designed to detect passive exposure to drugs, distinguishing between both native drugs and drug metabolites in hair specimens.

Environmental exposure in this context is one or more of the following:

Contact with drug smoke, Contact with sweat or sebum (skin oil) of a person in active use, Contact with the actual drug, Unintentional or intentional ingestion of the drug(s).

For all tests below a 10-panel, specimen volume should be at least 100mg of specimen. This is equal to a bundle of hair that is 1.5 inches in length and about ÂĽ inch in diameter, the diameter of a #2 pencil.
